Christina Hendricks has been an American actress for seven years. Her most notable role was as Joan Holloway, in AMC's Drama period show Mad Men. Her performance in the show has earned her critical praise and six Emmy award nominations for the top acting category for supporting actors. Her work has been recognized throughout her career of two decades for her performances in the legal thriller Kevin Hill, comedy series Another Period and crime drama Tin Star. In movies, she is acclaimed for her role on Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River The Neon Demon The Strangers: Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. Her voice was used in animation films like Toy Story 4, Scoob! and From Up on Poppy Hill. In the beginning, she was a popular model. Following a time she continued her modeling career until 1999 when Undressed was her first acting role on television.
